New Ground showcases artists who are newly arrived or recently returned to studios at Coburg House. Working across painting, illustration, jewellery, weaving, textiles and design, the exhibition reflects the diversity of practices now inhabiting the building. Rather than a fixed theme, the focus is on presence: artists settling in, testing ideas, and establishing rhythms of making. The works on display offer glimpses of individual approaches while sitting together as a collective moment of transition and renewal. New Ground celebrates beginnings, returns, and the quiet energy of a creative community forming and reforming within a shared place.
