Rowena’s formation as an artist has evolved through a meditative consideration of the beauty of the visual world. Her work is enhanced by sensitivity to elements of light and space, underlined by strong draughtsmanship, and draws inspiration from the Scottish colourist tradition and The Edinburgh School of 20th century artists.
