STUDIO SPACES

We currently have a space in a shared studio available in our friendly, Coburg Loft.

***SORRY THIS SPACE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO JEWELLERS OR PAINTERS AS THE STUDIOS ARE ALREADY SATURATED WITH THESE DISCIPLINES***

THIS IS A SHARED STUDIO - The photo shows the space in the studio that is available for rent, the other side of the studio is rented out to a painter.

The space for rent is big enough for 2 people to share.

Rates: £173/pcm (per person). Inclusive of electricity, bills, and internet connection.  

If you wanted a larger space it could be for one person.

As a resident of Coburg House you will be able to take part in our vibrant open studios events, sell work through our Shop and exhibit in our Gallery as part of your rent. T&Cs and availability applies.

Available from mid/end May.

*furniture in the picture all belongs to the designer using the space at the moment so the studio would be rented out empty. There may be odd desks/chairs around the studios if needed.
